If mailing your monthly rent payment, please note your payment MUST be received in our office no later than the afternoon of the 5th of each month. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered mail and late charges will be applied on the morning of the 6th of each month for funds NOT received in our office by that date. We highly encourage using our online payment option available through your tenant portal to avoid late payment penalties.
We also offer a convenient payment drop box located at the main entrance at the above address. NEVER put cash in the drop box. If using this method, please be sure to put payment in the box marked "Howard Perry and Walston".
